The kit comes as a pair, with one sender unit(marked
with sender) and one receiver unit(marked with receiver).
It
extends high-resolution 1080P HDMI video,audio signals from transmitter to the
receiver via single CAT5e/CAT6a cable at a distance of up to 190m. It features a local HDMI output on
the sender for local display support enabling you to see what you are extending.
Moreover, it supports RS232 & IR control. RS232 control lets you connect a
serial I/O device at your display location - an ideal solution for adding a
serial touch screen interface to your remote display. While the IR extension
enables you to control an IR-enabled source device, such as a Blu-ray player or TV Set-top box.
